"G.R. No. 169514 (Confederation of Sugar Producers Association, Inc. [CONFED], et al. vs. Department of Agrarian Reform [DAR], Also Known as Department of Land Reform, Land Bank of the Philippines [LBP] and Land Registration Authority [LRA])

Pending the filing of a comment by respondent Land Registration Authority as required in the resolution of February 14, 2006, the Court Resolved to NOTE the Reply (to the Comment of the Office of the Solicitor General Dated February 10, 2006), dated June 10, 2006 filed by counsel for the petitioners in compliance with the resolution of April 18, 2006."
