The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Letter dated June 19, 2006 of Aida M. Del Rosario-Pinlac, Secretary, Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipality of Sasmuan, Province of Pampanga, furnishing this Court with a copy of Municipal Ordinance No. 02-S-2006; and

(b) Aforesaid copy of Municipal Ordinance No. 02-S-2006, entitled An Ordinance Establishing the Don Lorenzo Park as Freedom Park in Accordance with Batas Pambansa Blg. 880 in Relation to Supreme Court Decision in re: Bayan, et al. vs. Eduardo Ermita, et al., G.R. No. 169838; Jess Del Prado, et al. vs. Eduardo Ermita, et al., G.R. No. 169848; KMU, et al. vs. The Hon. Executive Secretary, et al., G.R. No. 169881, Promulgated April 25, 2006."
