"G.R. No. 170265 (Galileo P. Brion vs. Hon. Regional Trial Court, Branch 31, San Pedro, Laguna)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the Memorandum dated June 13, 2006 filed by the Office of the Court Administrator by way of comment on the petition in compliance with the resolution of December 13, 2005; and

(b) REQUIRE the petitioner to file a REPLY to the above Memorandum/Comment within ten (10) days from notice hereof." Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
