AND CONSUELO YNARES-SANTIAGO, SUPREME COURT, JUSTICE PRESBITERO J. VELASCO, JR., THEN COURT ADMINISTRATOR, AND JUSTICES BENNIE-ADEFUIN DE LA CRUZ AND PERLITA TRIA-TIRONA, COURT OF APPEALS

Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 18, 2006

"A.M. No. 03-11-30-SC (Re: Complaint of Mr. Aurelio Indencia Arrienda against Justices Reynato S. Puno, Santiago M. Kapunan (Ret.), Bernardo P. Pardo (Ret.) and Consuelo Ynares-Santiago, Supreme Court, Justice Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., then Court Administrator, and Justices Bennie-Adefuin de la Cruz and Perlita Tria-Tirona, Court of Appeals.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the 1^st Indorsement dated July 10, 2006 of Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, referring the letter dated July 7, 2006 of Aurelio I. Arrienda, transmitting a copy of his Final Protest/Motion for Reconsideration relative to this administrative matter; and

(b) EXPUNGE the aforesaid Final Protest/Motion for Reconsideration, considering that Mr. Arrienda's 4^th Protest and Final Protest/Motion for Reconsideration were already expunged from the records per resolutions dated March 21, 2006 and June 13, 2006, respectively." Puno, Ynares-Santiago and Velasco, Jr., JJ., no part. Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
