The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated July 10, 2006 of Atty. Teresita G. Dimaisip, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief, Judicial Records Office, submitting a status report of subsequent pleadings forwarded to the Court of Appeals for the month of June 2006." Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
