Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this
Court dated
"A.M. No. 06-3-07-SC.- Re: Request for Approval of the Revised Qualification Standard for the Chief of MISO.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the
(a) Joint Letter dated
(b) Memorandum dated July 17, 2006 of Atty. Eden T. Candelaria, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer, stating that the Office of Administrative Services is in consonance with the concern of the MISO employees; and
(c) Memorandum dated
The Court further Resolved to APPROVE the amendment of the QS for the Assistant Chief of MISO, thus:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any equally comparable degree, with post-graduate level (at least 15 units) in Computer Science or Information Technology |

Ten (10) years or more of relevant supervisory work experience acquired under career service positions in the Supreme Court |
Five (5) years of relevant experience on information and communication (ICT) |

3. Training Requirement |
32 hours of relevant training in management and supervision |
With at least 32 hours of relevant training |

4. Eligibility Requirement |
Appropriate RA 1080 or Second Level Eligibility |
With Civil Service Professional Eligibility or Equivalent IT Eligibility |
