Pending the filing of the manifestation of the complainant, the Court Resolved to NOTE the Manifestation dated June 14, 2006 filed by Judge Manuel A. de Castro in compliance with the resolution of May 3, 2006, stating that he is submitting this administrative matter for resolution on the basis of the pleadings."
