Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR. 27, 2006

OCA IPI No. 03-1812-P (Encarnacion Flores v. Romeo S. Gatcheco, Jr., Sheriff III)

It appearing that respondent failed to comply with the resolution of 8 June 2005 requiring the payment of fine and the filing of explanation and comment within the period which expired on 23 February 2005, the Court RESOLVES to INFORM the said respondent that he is deemed to have waived the filing of the comment and that the case shall forthwith be resolved on the basis of the pleadings submitted by the complainant.
