SUBMISSION OF REPORTS ON CONVICTIONS OF PROBATIONABLE OFFENSES AS
DEFINED
IN PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 968.
In the interest of the administration of justice and preparatory to the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 968, the Probation Law of 1976, you are hereby directed to accomplish and submit to this Court within fifteen [15] days from receipt hereof, the attached forms on "Probationable Convictions" by the month, for the year 1976 up to March, 1977, and within the first five [5] days of every month thereafter. The attached form should be strictly followed and as many facsimiles thereof should be produced as may be necessary. Compliance herewith is strictly enjoyed. April 18,
