TO: ALL DISTRICT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE SUBJECT:
VENUE OF LAND REGISTRATION CASES.
In the interest
of the administration of justice and for the convenience of all parties
concerned, pursuant to the Resolution of the Supreme Court En Banc
dated April 14, 1977 in Administrative Matter No. 504-JC, all land
registration
cases shall henceforth be assigned to and heard by the Branch of the
Court
of First Instance having jurisdiction over the municipality wherein the
land involved is located.
Strict compliance herewith is hereby enjoined. May 4, 1977
