FIXING THE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF STANDING COMMITTEES. Pursuant to the
authority vested in him by the Resolution of 23 February 1999 in A.M.
No.
99-1-05-SC, the Chief Justice hereby fixes expense allowances of the
members
of standing committees, except those of committees for whom expense
allowances
had earlier been fixed, to wit:
However, if a Member
of the Court who is a Chairman of vice-Chairman of a committee is also
a Chairman of vice-Chairman of another committee, he/she shall be
entitled
to the expense allowance as a member of the other committees.
The expense allowances
of members of Ad Hoc Committees or Subcommittes which may be created by
the Chief Justice of by Committees when approved by the Chief Justice
of
the Court, from time to time, are as follows:
provided, however, that
in no case shall the expense allowance exceed
