ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01-2006 In the interest of effective administration of justice pursuant to See. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JACQUELINE J. ONGPAUCO-CORTEL, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Tanay, Rizal, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 69, Pasig City, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of the regular incumbent judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.She shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc, dated 2 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC. Judge Divina Gracia L. Pelino, Presiding Judge, Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 68, Pasig City is hereby relieved of her duties and functions as Acting Presiding Judge of Metropolitan Trial Court, Br. 69, same court pursuant to Circular No. 19-98 dated February 18, 1 998. 9 January 2006.
