JUDGES
OF THE COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE
SUBJECT:
VACATION
DUTY OF DISTRICT COURTS.
To enable the Supreme
Court to prepare the necessary schedule for vacation duty of District
Judges,
you are required to inform the Office of the Court Administrator on or
before December 31, 1980 as to whether your preference is to take a
vacation
or remain on duty during the months of April and May, 1981. While your
choice is by no means binding, it may furnish guidance to the Court.cralaw:red
In the event a Judge
is assigned during such period to a province or city other than that to
which he was appointed, he is not entitled to per diems and travelling
expenses. It must be kept in mind that no Judge may be assigned on
vacation
duty to his hometown province.cralaw:red
