TO: ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF EXECUTIVE JUDGES. Pursuant to the Resolution
of this Court dated November 20, 1981, the terms of office of all
incumbent
Executive Judges which will expire on December 31, 1981, pursuant to
Administrative
Order No. 1, dated February 8, 1980, are hereby extended until further
orders from this Court in view of the pendency of the suit before the
Court
challenging the validity of the Judicial Reorganization Act.
