In view of the prohibitive
cost of publication, a request was filed with this Court for the
revision
and/or modification of the Notice of Sale of Extrajudicial
Foreclosure
Petition filed with the Sheriff's Offices for publication in
newspapers.
It proposes to eliminate, for reason of economy, some words or phrases
which are of less importance but still will comply substantially with
Act
3135.cralaw:red
Pursuant, therefore,
to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated April 3, 1984, you
