JUDGES OF THE COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE, CIRCUIT CRIMINAL COURTS,
JUVENILE
AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS, CITY COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT COURTS
SUBJECT: ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGES TO BE ON DUTY DURING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Upon request of National
Defense Minister Juan Ponce Enrile and in order that cases of persons
arrested
during weekends and holidays can be acted without delay, all Judges in
single sala Courts are hereby directed to remain on duty in their
respective
stations during weekends and holidays. In multiple sala stations, the
Executive
Judges are hereby directed to assign Judges, by rotation, who would
render
duty during weekends and holidays.
Compliance herewith is strictly enjoined. May 4, 1982.
