SUBJECT:   EXPEDITIOUS RESOLUTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION CASES INVOLVING PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS OF THE GOVERNMENT.

The attention of the Court has been called to the numerous pending Court cases involving infrastructure projects of the government especially including right-of-way cases. Delay in the termination of these cases has resulted in the escalation of costs on the part of the government.

All trial judges hearing cases involving government infrastructure projects are hereby directed to expedite the resolution of said cases as provided under the law and existing Supreme Court Circulars.

Strict observance hereof is enjoined.
