SUBJECT: REPORTS ON RESTRAINING ORDERS AND WRITS OF INJUNCTIONS. In order to enable this Office to make a study and submit recommendations to the Court of refinements or reforms in the matter of injunctions and restraining orders in the light of present jurisprudence, all Presiding Judges of the Regional Trial Courts and Municipal Trial Courts are directed to submit to this Office within thirty [30] days from receipt hereof, a report on all restraining orders and writs of injunctions issued by them from January 1992 to May 31, 1993. The report shall indicate the following: [2] The
status of
the case:
(b) is the case where the writ/order was issued already terminated or on appeal; (c) whether
this
writs/orders had been set aside by a higher court or pending review
before
such higher court.
Immediate compliance is hereby enjoined. June 7, 1993.
