SUBJECT: FURNISHING OF COPIES OF PENDING CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS/INFORMATIONS INVOLVING MEMBERS OF THE INTEGRATED NATIONAL POLICE TO THE OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION. The Court has been informed by Deputy Minister Jose M. Crisol of the Ministry of National Defense that their records of preventive suspension involving members of the Integrated National Police had been destroyed/burned as a result of the recent fire that hit the Central Office of the National Police Commission [NAPOLCOM]. In view thereof and
in order to assists that office in facilitating the reconstitution of
their
records, you are hereby directed to furnish the Office of the NAPOLCOM
with copies of all pending criminal/information in that Court involving
members of the Integrated National Police for their guidance.
Strict compliance herewith is earnestly enjoined. Manila,
