TO: ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS SUBJECT: REPORTS ON RESTRAINING ORDERS AND WRITS OF INJUNCTION. In order to enable this Office to make a study and submit recommendations to the Court on refinements or reforms in the matter of injunctions and restraining orders in the light of present jurisprudence, all Presiding Judges of the Regional Trial Courts are directed to submit to this Office within twenty (20) days from receipt hereof, a report on all restraining orders and writs on injunctions issued by them from January 1991 to June 30, 1992. The report shall indicate the following: [2] The
status of
the case:
(b) is the case where the writ/order was issued already terminated or on appeal; (c) whether
these
writs/orders had been set aside by a higher court or pending review
before
such higher court.
Immediate compliance is hereby enjoined. July 15, 1992.
