FURNISHING THE DANGEROUS DRUGS BOARD WITH COPIES OF ALL COMPLAINTS FOR
VIOLATION OF R. A. NO. 6425, AS AMENDED.
This Office had previously
issued Administrative Circular [unnumbered] dated November 5, 1975,
copy
of which is herewith attached, and Circular No. 4 dated January 28,
1985,
copy of which is likewise herein enclosed, directing all judges and
clerks
of courts of the Regional Trial Courts to furnish the Dangerous Drugs
Board
with a copy of all complaints filed in your sala involving violations
of
the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972, as amended.cralaw
This Office hereby
reiterates the herein mentioned Cirulars and enjoin compliance
therewith.cralaw
