FURNISHING THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE WITH INFORMATION RELATIVE TO
CASES ON SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS FOR SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE OF A DECEASED
PERSON.
This Court is in receipt of a letter dated March 11, 1985 from Acting Commissioner Ruben S. Ancheta, Bureau of Internal Revenue, requesting for the issuance of a Circular directing all Regional Trial Courts to furnish the Bureau of Internal Revenue with the following information relative to cases on special proceedings for settlement of the estate of a deceased person, to wit: 2. Title of the case; 3. Name and address of the administrator or person in charge of the estate settlement; 4. Amount involved in the case; 5. Present status of the case.
