Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court Manila Gentlemen: Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 7 October 2003. "Bar Matter No. 1222.- Re: 2003 Bar Examinations.- The Court Resolved to NOTE Resolution No. 23, Series of 2003, of the Cebu City Chapter of the IBP "Condemning The Leakage On Last Sunday's Bar Examination On Mercantile Law And Urging The Honorable Supreme Court To Conduct A Fair, Speedy, And Open Investigation To Determine The Culprits Thereof And To Impose The Appropriate Penalty On Those Responsible For Said Leakage." The Court further Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the Letter and the Very Urgent Amended Petition for Reconsideration with Proposal, both dated 6 October 2003 of Atty. Claro B.
