UNLIQUIDATED CASH ADVANCES

It has been reported by the Accounting Division of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office that many officials and personnel of the Court have failed to liquidate their cash advances, including traveling expenses, as of 26 March 2004, in violation of existing rules and guidelines on liquidation.

The Accounting Division of the FMBO is hereby directed to immediately notify those concerned re the extent of their unliquidated cash advances and to liquidate them within twenty (20) days from receipt of the notice.

All those concerned must forthwith submit the documents required for liquidation and/or settle their obligations even prior to receipt of the notice from the Accounting Division.
