MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 07-2006
DESIGNATING NEW MEMBERS TO THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
In the interest of the service, the following are hereby designated as members of the Personnel and Development COijnnittee: 1. Atty. JENNIFER J. MANALILI, as representative of the Office of the Chief Justice (vice Atty. Annaliza S. Ty-Capacite, who has been appointed to the Judicial and Bar Council Executive COlmnittee) 2. Mr. JOSE DANTE GUERRERO, president of the Supreme Court Employees Association (SCEA) (vice Mr. Jose G. Ang, whose tenn as SCEA president has expired) 3. The president of the Supreme Court Association of Lawyer Employees (SCALE) who will be elected this January 2006 (vice Atty. Ma. Lourdes C. Perfecto, who has been appointed assistant chief of the Judicial Records Office (JRO» All other members shall remain in the Committee until sooner replaced or their tenure as officials or employees end.
