MEMORANDUM
ORDER NO. 35-2004
AUTHORIZING
THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED SUPREME
COURT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN
THE LECTURE/SEMINAR ON EUROPEAN COMMISSION
PROCUREMENT AND DISBURSEMENT
GUIDELINES.
The
European Commission (EC), through a Financing Agreement with
the Department of Foreign Affairs, shall provide the Supreme Court with
grant
funding to assist the Court in implementing the SC Project: Access to Justice
for the Poor. In the implementation of this Project, concerned SC
Officials
and Employees will consider EC Guidelines in procuring goods and
services and
other related financial transactions.
In
view of the aforementioned, the Supreme Court, in coordination
with the EC, will conduct a lecture/seminar on the EC Guidelines for
selected
SC Officials and Staff on 7 July 2004 at the Training Center,
Supreme Court Centennial Building. The following are hereby authorized
to
attend:
