PURSUANT TO THE REVISED RESOLUTION OF THE COURT IN A.M. NO. 99-12-08-SC.

WHEREAS, under Memorandum Order No. 36-2004 entitled Reorganizing, Reconstituting, and Strengthening the Uniform Committee as the Bids and Awards Committee for Office Uniforms for the Supreme Court, the Presidential Electoral Tribunal, and the Lower Courts in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184, issued on 2 July 2004, a separate Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Office Uniforms for the Lower Courts was created, and the Court Administrator was directed to recommend the officers, members and secretariat thereof, with one officer coming from the Office of the Chief Justice;

WHEREAS, in his Memorandum of 26 July 2004, Court Administrator Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., recommended the following officers, members, and secretariat of the BAC for Office Uniforms for the Lower Courts:

Chairperson	-	Atty. Caridad A. Pabello Office of Administrative Services (OAS), OCA
Vice Chairperson	-	Ms. Noreen D. Salas Office of the Chief Justice
Regular Members	-	Atty. Analiza T. Parra Legal Division, OCA
	-	Ms. Marietta R. Esdrelon Budget Division, Financial Management Office, OCA
	-	Ms. Flordeliza C. Datario Property Division, OAS, OCA
Provisional Member	-	One (1) representative from the Philippine Confederation of Court Employees Associations (PHILCONCEA)
Secretariat Recorder/Secretary	-	Atty. Maria Rosario A. Labuguen Legal Division, OCA
Asst. Recorder/Secretary	-	Ms. Cynthia C. Salamida Court Management Office, OCA
Assistant/Messenger	-	Mr. Cesar A. Alba, OAS, OCA

WHEREAS, the aforementioned recommendation was approved by the Court in Memorandum Order No. 50-2004 dated 11 August 2004, pursuant to its Revised Resolution in A.M. No. 99-12-08-SC which vests upon the Chief Justice and the other Chairpersons of the Divisions of the Court the power to designate officers and members of committees.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 50-2004, Ms. Maria Celia A. Flores, President of PHILCONCEA, was named by the PHILCONCEA as its representative.

WHEREAS, in his Memorandum of 6 September 2004, Court Administrator Velasco recommended to the Court the following:

1.  Atty. Fe Corcelles-Aguila, Office of Administrative Services-OCA, as the new Chairperson in lieu of Atty. Caridad A. Pabello; and

2.  Mr. Pedro L. Borja, Assistant National Treasurer, Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), as additional Provisional Member per the recommendation of the PACE.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the Revised Resolution of the Court in A.M. No. 99-12-08-SC, the following are hereby designated to the positions stated after their names:

1.  Atty. Fe Corcelles-Aguila of the OAS, OCA, as the new Chairperson of the BAC for Office Uniforms for the Lower Courts;

2.  Ms. Maria Celia A. Flores, President of PHILCONCEA, as the representative of PHILCONCEA; and

3.  Mr. Pedro L. Borja, Assistant National Treasurer of PACE, as representative of PACE.

They shall be entitled to the expense allowance authorized under Administrative Circular No. 13-99, which is already granted to the incumbent members of the BAC for Office Uniforms for the Lower Courts.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance.
