DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON LIBRARY, RECORDS MANAGEMENT,
LEGAL RESEARCH AND PRINTING.

WHEREAS, by virtue of Memorandum Order No. 60-2004, the Committee on Library and Printing Services was renamed Committee on Library, Record Management, Legal Research and Printing and its functions, duties and responsibilities were broadened and expanded.

WHEREAS, in his Memorandum of 5 October 2004, Hon. Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio, Chairman of the Committee, informed the Chief Justice that the following have been designated as additional members of the Committee in order that it can fully discharge its additional functions, duties and responsibilities, especially the creation of the E-Library, to wit:

WHEREAS, Hon. Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio further informed the Chief Justice that Ms. Milagros Santos-Ong and Ms. Marian Dayao have been designated as Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned designations of additional members and Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Committee on Library, Records Management, Legal Research and Printing are fully justified by its expanded functions and duties.

NOW, THEREFORE, the designation of the above-mentioned members, as well as of the Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Committee on Library, Records Management, Legal Research and Printing are hereby affirmed effective 5 October 2004.
