the act referred to in Stone v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co., ante, 116 U. S. 307, against the Illinois Central Railroad Company as the lessee of the Chicago, St. Louis and New Orleans Railroad, in the State of Mississippi. The bill was demurred to.
