Title 32 - National Defense
The following are prohibited: (a) Property Damage. Destroying or damaging private property. (b) Theft. The theft of private property, except where Title 18 U.S.C. 661 applies. (c) Creation of hazard. The creation of hazard to persons or things, the throwing of articles of any kind from or at buildings, vehicles, or persons while on an Agency installation. (d) Improper disposal. The improper disposal of trash or rubbish while on an Agency installation.
