Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
Requisitions for security equipment will be consolidated by GSA on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year. The consolidated requisitions will be used in executing definite quantity contracts. To ensure inclusion in the invitation for bids, requisitions shall be submitted to GSA on or before January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 as appropriate. Requisitions received after any of these dates normally will be carried over to the subsequent consolidation date. Approximately 180 calendar days following the consolidation dates should be allowed for initial delivery. Requisitions shall include a required delivery date which reflects anticipated receipt under the time schedule. [43 FR 32765, July 28, 1978]
