Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
(a) Section 211(d) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, 1949, as amended, provides that the General Supply Fund, provided for in section 109 of the Act, shall be available for use by or under the direction and control of the Administrator of General Services for paying all elements of cost incident to the establishment, maintenance, and operation of fleet management systems. (b) When an agency other than GSA operates an interagency fleet management system, the financing and accounting methods shall be developed by GSA in cooperation with the agency concerned.
