Title 49 - Transportation
The Director of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is delegated authority to: (a) Exercise Departmental responsibility for the implementation and execution of functions and duties under sections 8 and 15 of the Small Business Investment Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 637 and 644). (b) Carry out the functions vested in the Secretary by section 906 of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976 (Pub. L. 94–210), as amended.
