§ 3344. — Time for proposal and adoption of rules.

EXAMINATION COUNCIL
Sec. 3344. Time for proposal and adoption of rules
As appropriate, rules issued under sections 3342 and 3343 of this
title shall be proposed not later than 6 months and shall be effective
upon adoption in final form not later than 12 months after August 9,
1989.
