§ 263. — International Prison Commission.

Sec. 263. International Prison Commission
The United States shall continue as an adhering member of the
International Prison Commission and participate in the work of said
commission.
The Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized
annually to pay the pro rata share of the United States in the
administration expenses of the International Prison Commission and the
necessary expenses of a commissioner to represent the United States on
said commission at its annual meetings, together with necessary clerical
and other expenses, out of any money which shall be appropriated for
such purposes from time to time by Congress.
