Sec. 2682. Liquidation and disposal of broadcasting facilities
Whenever the Secretary finds that the operation of the facilities
authorized by sections 2681 to 2683 of this title to be transferred is
no longer necessary or desirable, he shall report such fact to Congress
with his recommendations for the disposition of such facilities.
