§ 275. — International Hydrographic Bureau.

Sec. 275. International Hydrographic Bureau
To enable the United States to become a member of the International
Hydrographic Bureau, and for the first annual contribution of the United
States toward the creation and maintenance of such bureau, there is
hereby appropriated out of money in the Treasury not otherwise
appropriated $2,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be paid
by the Secretary of State when the exact quota shall have been
ascertained.
