Sec. 288f-2. Organization of African Unity; extension of
privileges, exemptions, and immunities
The provisions of this subchapter may be extended to the
Organization of African Unity and may continue to be extended to the
International Labor Organization and the United Nations Industrial
Development Organization in the same manner, to the same extent, and
subject to the same conditions, as they may be extended to a public
international organization in which the United States participates
pursuant to any treaty or under the authority of any Act of Congress
authorizing such participation or making an appropriation for such
participation.

Amendments
1998--Pub. L. 105-277 inserted ``and the United Nations Industrial

privileges and immunities provisions to International Labor
Organization.
