§ 4506. — Reporting requirements.

Sec. 4506. Reporting requirements
The Secretary of State shall prepare and submit to the President and
the Congress at the end of each fiscal year in which an institution
receives assistance under this chapter a report of the activities of
such institution supported by such assistance, if the administrative
expenses of such institution which are covered by such assistance
represent more than 10 per centum of such assistance, together with such
recommendations as the Advisory Committee deems advisable.
