§ 1292. — Membership roll requirements.

OKLAHOMA: DISTRIBUTION OF JUDGMENT FUND
Sec. 1292. Membership roll requirements
The Secretary of the Interior shall prepare a roll of all persons
who meet the following requirements:
(a) they were born on or prior to and were living on October 3,
1972; and
(b) they are citizens of the United States; and
(c)(1) their name or the name of a lineal ancestor appears on
the Delaware Indian per capita payroll approved by the Secretary on
April 20, 1906, or
(2) their name or the name of a lineal ancestor is on or is
eligible to be on the constructed base census roll as of 1940 of the
Absentee Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma, approved by the
Secretary.
