Sec. 146. Report of Indians present and receiving food
Whenever the issue of food, clothing, or supplies of any kind to
Indians is provided for, it shall be the duty of the agent or
commissioner issuing the same, at such issue thereof, whether it be both
of food and clothing, or either of them, or of any kind of supplies, to
report to the Commissioner of Indian Affairs the number of Indians
present and actually receiving the same.
