Sec. 1665i. Thunder Child Treatment Center
(a) The Secretary, acting through the Service, shall make a grant to
the Intertribal Addictions Recovery Organization, Inc. (commonly known
as the Thunder Child Treatment Center) at Sheridan, Wyoming, for the
completion of construction of a multiple approach substance abuse
treatment center which specializes in the treatment of alcohol and drug
abuse of Indians.
(b) For the purposes of carrying out subsection (a) of this section,
there are authorized to be appropriated $2,000,000 for fiscal years 1993
and 1994. No funding shall be available for staffing or operation of
this facility. None of the funding appropriated to carry out subsection
(a) of this section shall be used for administrative purposes.
