Sec. 1665k. Gila River alcohol and substance abuse treatment
facility
(a) Regional center
The Secretary, acting through the Service, shall establish a
regional youth alcohol and substance abuse prevention and treatment
center in Sacaton, Arizona, on the Gila River Indian Reservation. The
center shall be established within facilities leased, with the consent
of the Gila River Indian Community, by the Service from such Community.
(b) Name of regional center
The center established pursuant to this section shall be known as
the ``Regional Youth Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and
Treatment Center''.
(c) Unit of regional center
The Secretary, acting through the Service, shall establish, as a
unit of the regional center, a youth alcohol and substance abuse
prevention and treatment facility in Fallon, Nevada.
