Sec. 1665m. Authorization of appropriations
Except as provided in sections 1665b, 1665e, 1665g, 1665i, and 1665j
of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may
be necessary for each fiscal year through fiscal year 2000 to carry out
the provisions of this subchapter.
