Sec. 304b. Deposits of funds of students and student activity
associations in Indian schools
The Secretary of the Interior may authorize officials or employees
of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to accept and to disburse deposits of
funds of students and student activity associations in schools operated
by the Bureau of Indian Affairs in accordance with the purposes of such
deposits. Such deposits and disbursements shall be accounted for under
rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior.
