Sec. 500f. Management of industry by Secretary; aim of
management
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to organize
and manage the reindeer industry or business provided for by this
subchapter in such manner as to establish and maintain for said natives
of Alaska a complete and self-sustaining economy and to encourage and
develop the activity and responsibility of said natives in all branches
of said industry or business.
