Sec. 3037. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this
subchapter, and the provisions of section 763 of this title that relate
to research described in section 763(b)(2)(A) of this title, $10,000,000
for fiscal year 1999, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year
2000.
