Sec. 785. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter
such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through
2003.

Section 786, Pub. L. 93-112, title IV, Sec. 406, Sept. 26, 1973, 87
Stat. 389; S. Res. 4, Feb. 4, 1977, provided that the Secretary conduct
a study on the role of sheltered workshops in the rehabilitation and
employment of handicapped individuals and report the results of this
study to Congress within twenty-four months after Sept. 26, 1973.
Section 787, Pub. L. 93-112, title IV, Sec. 407, Sept. 26, 1973, 87
Stat. 389, provided that the Secretary conduct a study on allotment of
funds among the States for grants for basic vocational rehabilitation
and report the results of this study to Congress not later than June 30,
1974.
