Sec. 8. Unemployment data relating to Americans of Spanish
origin or descent
The Department of Labor, in cooperation with the Department of
Commerce, shall develop methods for improving and expanding the
collection, analysis, and publication of unemployment data relating to
Americans of Spanish origin or descent.
