Sec. 1314. Payments; Federal share of operating expenses
(a) From the amounts appropriated pursuant to section 1316 of this
title, the Secretary of Energy shall pay to each institution of higher
education having an application approved under this subchapter an amount
equal to the Federal share of the cost of carrying out that application.
